My son is currently at Parris Island. I did not know who you were until I looked at Platoon 3042's myspace page, heard your song and cried until I had no tears left to shed. I am one of your biggest fans now and have the words of On My Watch Tonight memorized. I hum it in my head contantly as I count down the days to graduation and holding my child tight in my arms. My son will soon be one of the proud and the few and it will be an honor for him to serve with you in your brotherhood of protecting this great place we are all privileged to live in, The United States of America.
Thank You for your inspiring music and also serving your country.

I know you don't remember me. I bartended at the Brass Pelican TI. and delivered the hot tub you bought in Hampstead. Your wife gave me a copy of the Thalian DVD then. I was at the Thalian show. In a previous life I knew Kent Hobson which is how I met you and then we ended up both at the NC coast. Anyway, good luck with everything, and come play here in NC again we miss you...

I just wanted to tell you how amazing you are and how touching that song really is. I have no immediate family in the army but have met many people over the years that are. You set a really great example for people to be inspired by and i can honestly say that you've inspired me to someday join the Army myself. Thank you for doing what you do.

I happened to stumble across your song On My Watch Tonight and when I listened to it it made me cry and think about my own Marine whos stationed at Camp Fallujah right now. I met Corporal Zachary Strobridge while he was home on leave after his first tour to Iraq and we happened to fall in love and got engaged last December. After being thrown into a military relationship I can't help but want to thank all the service men I see. I understand how hard it is to be gone and I thank you.

Your song still hit home today with me even though i am no longer in the Corps. Thank you and Semper FI. If you can try get up around Sandusky, Ohio. big military supporter town. We have the Ohio Veterans home and not to mention there are gigs all summer long (at Put-in-Bay) and you could really put your name out even more. let me know if you want any info on that

Just something quick. I also a Marine. Although, I work as a civilian contractor now I work with the Army and still deploy with the boys. It's amazing what a simple song or words of encouragement will do to the troops and soldiers over there. So to all that read this Please don't stop letting them know how you feel. and to the Band absolutely outstanding.

Working at Parris Island we sometimes forget the higher purpose of our chosen careers. Your song 'On My Watch Tonight' afforded me the opportunity to thank the Drill Instructors and Marines I work with (as well as the Marines in my own family) for the sacrifices you have all made for us as Americans. I thought it only appropriate to thank you as well....not only for your service to this country and the world, but for giving a voice to Honor, Courage and Commitment and reminding us all of the true purpose behind our endevours. Thank you,

Just found your site, my child. i'm an old lady whose youngest son has been home from iraq (ramadi) just since november. he goes back later this year or early next. your music has touched my soul and made me cry--but then i do when i think of all the young ones who are fighting in a war that shouldn't have begun. this time has brought memories i had hoped were put away forever.

thank you, mike, for your wonderful music, for leaving your beautiful wife and your new child and doing the fighting as those who went before you did for those of us at home who didn't or couldn't.

To Mike Corrado.
I just saw your story on the IReport show on CNN a few minutes ago. What a very good, emotional and moving song to dedicate to the troops. And I like your band's music--it sounds like a cross between Nickelback, some Daughtry and Jars of Clay, that midtempo styled rock with spiritual themes that's so popular now. Might be flattering to you, but I hear those musical influences in your sound. The song just sums up what the troops are going through now. You are commended for serving our country.Take care and God Bless you.

I wish you amazing success and God Bless You for your service in the armed forces. My son joined the Army National Guard the beginning of January 2007. He went in on a split option. I love your song. I found it very motivating.I was in the Marine Corps for 8 yrs and recently got out to raise my children. It reminded me of all the sacrafices that we have made and I am proud to do it.I shed a tear for all the devil dogs I have had to escort to thier final resting place but I also wear a smile for every Marine, brother and sister, that has come home. God Bless you and all that wear a uniform.
